Dear Sir,
My name is Robert Stanford. For the last eight years I've been working closely with a US Diplomat in Nigeria and who had become my closest friend. Tragically, a week ago he had been brutally killed. But before his death he had asked me to protect his family and some classified documents. To my surprise, my friend had somehow accumulated million of dollars over the years and I fear it might have lead to his killing. Those funds seem to be directed from prominent Nigerian who are also involved in the recent tribal wars. Soon they might be able to steal it & my best friend family will have nothing. Now, I need your kind sir assistance to provide just your account number so I could deposited the funds with a clear understanding that I will gives you around 10% of the total millions should things goes well.
You do not need to pay me anything though I desperately needs your help. However, our banks might request from you a nominal transfer fee of $147.00. This is not a hoax. We have UPS postage number, photo of war torn country, names with f..actual ID, phone numbers if you're lucky and I am a man of God.
Apart from that you can also enlarge your penis with our special products. It doesn’t matter if you don’t have a penis in the first place.
And, as we know that you are looking for ways to make money online, what better ways than to do a simple data entry works or just processing some e-mails. You’ll get paid almost instantly. Just look at the smiling face of my neighbor, who is a housewife who recently lost her job as a CEO of a public listed company and had become a millionaire in one week since starting this program. It is so easy that you don’t have to have the knowledge of using the computer at all. In fact, you don’t even have to know how to turn on your computer. All for a mere $15 to start of. And if you don’t agree, we linked you to another page that gives you a cheaper rate.
Yes, we also have the latest news, that you had won a lottery somehow even you never bought one. To claim it just pay a small processing fee because the lottery is from United State and you happen to live in South East Asia.
Now, we really need your help to support our cause to stop Microsoft from buying the internet. In the name of free speech, justice and love, do include your e-mail address in the list below so when it reached ten million Microsoft will know how serious we are.
Not forgetting also, Bill Gates the richest man on the planet also giving away money to those who forward this e-mail. Its an effort of the good half of Microsoft on doing research on internet usage. And, wow, just like last week I got my first paycheck.
Don’t worry. We won’t use your e-mail to send scam and hoaxes. Remember, that we are victims of a war and needed to sent you some money. God bless you.
PS: If you don’t get the jokes, stay away from the internet. There are many scams, hoaxes and programs out there evolving over time. The above are just some of the most classic one. Sadly enough, there are still people who would fall for their tricks.

IX Webhosting-No hype review
I think it was two years ago when I first came upon IX Webhosting. At that time, I was looking into a good cheap webhosting for myself and some other client website I was building. And at that same time I was getting acquainted with affiliate products. So IX Webhosting fits the descriptions. Yes, I’m an affiliate of IX Webhosting…though not really active on building it.
As I’ve mention, this is a no hype review so I won’t be making false praises of the site. Though as far as my experience with IX Webhosting it has been good. But my website was on smaller scale and doesn’t requires much functions like downloading or video playing or special scripting like some more bigger scale sites. Anyway, I don’t really know much on special scripting so I just choose something simple.
So after some times away from IX, I decided to do an updated research.
IX Webhosting had evolved for the last two years, having moved to a bigger server. The outlook of the whole site are far more different then it was two years ago. I like the simplified clean look and visitors can browse through the site with ease. A click or two would bring visitors to the pages they want.
The prices had been reasonable enough, giving users to choose a few package that are suitable for them. Choosing a longer period would also reduce the price.
For those who are not familiar with building website, IX provided an online web builder that user can build their website DIY style. Also users can also opt for IX to build their website for them. But I never tried this so couldn’t comment much about it. And other perks such as free coupons for Google Ads, Yahoo Ads and some others. Check their hosting pages to know more.
As far as my personal research on IX, I’ve encountered a few bad reviews and mostly about their webmail, technical difficulties and uptime. Can’t really explain much about it as I didn’t encountered much problems on those matters. Then again my website was on smaller scale. But I believed IX manage to solve that when they moved to a bigger server.
Their biggest point would be their online customer support or online chat, which are actually online and are relatively very easy to use. Users or visitors get to chat with customer support about their enquiries or problems. This had been a big plus for me as I was not a website expert so their online assistance helps me to sort out my problems.
Bottom line is IX Webhosting is good choice for beginners or smaller scale website as it is quite simple, prices cheap and it had been going strong for a few years now. Quite good for those who wants to host their blogs too. But as I’ve mention, I can only suggest it for beginners or smaller scale users. Those who needed a hosting site that can provide some more complicated functions should give the online customer support a buzz. I noted that IX do provide a lot of other functions under their larger package. So do ask more in an effort to choose the most suitable package or hosting. I’ve read some good reviews on IX and it does seem that IX had improved over the years.
Do click here to go to the main page. Yes, it is my affiliate link but you can also choose not to use the link if you want to. Anyway, drop some comments or questions on IX Webhosting below and I’ll try to answer as much as I can or maybe direct you to the answers.

SSD (Solid-State Drive), are you ready for it?
What is actually SSD? I first encountered it on one of Chris Pirillo or Lockergnome Youtube video. He is my favourite tech guy so I was interested what made him excited. I have not used SSD yet so I’ve googled it out and pick some interesting pieces of article. I chooses both type of reviews, good and bad so readers have more understanding of the upcoming drivers.

Its actually not that new but its picking up pace now and touted to replace HDD in the near future.
Read the full article by clicking at the bottom of each quotes and also check out Chris Pirillo video. I can’t wait till SSD became something of the norm worldwide that I could buy it extra cheap. :-)
"A solid-state drive (SSD) is a data storage device that uses solid-state memory to store persistent data. An SSD emulates a hard disk drive interface, thus easily replacing it in most applications. An SSD using SRAM or DRAM (instead of flash memory) is often called a RAM-drive."
~ Wikipedia
"Compared to traditional hard disk drives, an SSD is capable of delivering--and I quote from the article--"superior performance, more consistent responsiveness, increased battery life, superior ruggedness, quicker startup times, and noise and vibration reductions." And as the price of flash memory continues to fall, more PCs and laptops will eventually be sold with SSDs as opposed to Winchester--or rotating--hard disk drives."
~ Fiercecio
"Even if the supply right now seems to be large, flash SSDs still are a curiosity found at the very low end (think of entry-level notepads with 8 to 32 GB of low-cost storage) or at the high end. Enthusiast notebooks such as Lenovo’s X300 ultra portable utilize 1.8” Samsung SLC flash SSDs. Apart from that, the volumes being sold are still rather pathetic; after all, how many people are willing to spend several hundred dollars on a 32-64 GB drive?"
~ Tom's Hardware *Recommended readings.
"The good news is that after an initial dip in performance, SSDs tend to level off, according to Eden Kim, chairman of the Solid State Storage Initative’s Consumer SSD Market Development Task Force. Even if they do drop in performance over time — undercutting a manufacturer’s claims — consumer flash drives are still vastly faster than traditional hard drives, because they can perform two to five times the input/ouput operations (I/Os) per second of a hard drive, he said."
~ Chrunchgear
"This year, SSD evolution had remained incremental, until now. More and more players are entering this space. Intel's release certainly livens things up, and makes SSD potentially far more interesting for both consumers and enterprises alike--especially given the potential power savings SSD drives can offer."
~ PC World.About.Com
So are you ready for the emerging of SSD? Check out Chris Pirillo youtube video on SSD.
